About Felix Day

What is Felix Day?

Felix Day is an independent US gift card comparison site. We list verified seller offers — restaurants, shopping, streaming, gaming, coffee, travel — so you can find the best price in minutes. We don’t sell gift cards ourselves; we link out to the seller of your choice.

How does Felix Day work?

Browse or search a brand, compare the offers we’ve found (Giftcards.com, eGifter and CardCash), then click through to complete the purchase securely on the seller’s own site. They handle payment, delivery and any refunds.

Is Felix Day safe to use?

Your payment is always handled at the seller’s own secure checkout, never on Felix Day. We never collect your card details, and we never see your recipient’s information. Each seller we list is a real, established gift card business — and we label which are authorized resellers selling new cards and which is a marketplace reselling used ones, so you always know what you’re buying.

How does Felix Day make money?

Felix Day’s eventual model is affiliate commission — sellers pay us a small percentage when you buy through our link. We don’t currently have any active affiliate agreements; we’re building Felix Day to be a useful comparison site first.

Discounted cards

What is a discounted gift card?

It’s a real gift card that someone bought or received and didn’t want. They sold it to a marketplace, which resells it below face value. A $100 card might cost you $91 — the balance on the card is still $100. It is not a coupon, a promo code, or a partial card.

Why is a discounted card cheaper?

Because the seller is an individual recovering some value from a card they won’t use, not the brand selling a new one. The trade-offs are real: you can only buy the amounts that happen to be in stock, there’s no denomination picker, stock runs out, and the marketplace backs the stated balance for a limited window after purchase rather than indefinitely. That’s why we show discounted cards in their own group instead of mixing them into one cheapest-first list.

Is buying a discounted card safe?

The main thing to understand is the balance guarantee. The marketplace checks the card and backs the stated balance for a limited period after you buy — if the balance is wrong within that window, you’re covered. After it lapses, the risk is yours. Check the card’s balance with the brand as soon as you receive it, and spend it sooner rather than later.

How do discounted cards arrive?

Online. CardCash delivers every card type electronically — including listings marked as physical cards, where you receive the card details by email rather than plastic in the mail.

Buying & payment

What payment methods can I use?

Each seller accepts its own set of payment methods. Common options include Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal; some sellers also take Klarna or crypto. The seller’s checkout will display the methods it supports.

Does Felix Day charge me anything?

No. Felix Day never charges you a fee. You pay the seller their listed price; sellers may pay us a commission, but it doesn’t change what you pay.

Why do sellers show different prices for the same card?

New cards are sold at face value — a $25 card costs $25 whoever sells it — so differences between authorized resellers come from delivery method, stock, payment methods, or an occasional promo code. A much lower price almost always means a discounted card resold below face value, which is a different product with different terms. We label the two groups separately so the gap is never a mystery.

Delivery & codes

How fast is delivery?

Digital gift cards (emailed codes) typically arrive within ~5 minutes of purchase. Physical cards mailed to an address take about 2–5 days. Discounted cards are delivered online whatever their card type; the marketplace doesn’t publish a turnaround time for those, so we don’t quote one.

Can I send the gift card to someone else?

Most digital gift cards are delivered to the buyer’s email and can be forwarded freely from there. Some sellers also offer scheduled or direct-to-recipient delivery at checkout — look for that option after you click through.

My code doesn’t work — what do I do?

Because your purchase completes on the seller’s site, the seller is your first point of contact — and if it’s a discounted card, contact them promptly, while the balance guarantee still applies. If you can’t find their help page, email us at [email protected] and we’ll point you to the right place.

Refunds & issues

What’s your refund policy?

Because purchases complete on the seller’s site, the seller’s refund policy applies. Most sellers don’t refund activated gift cards (industry standard), but each has its own terms — we link to them on every product page before you click through.

Can I cancel an order I made through Felix Day?

Felix Day doesn’t take orders directly — you purchase from the seller. To cancel, contact the seller you bought from (their details are linked on each product page). Many gift card sellers don’t allow cancellation once a code has been emailed.

Sellers & brands

Who are your sellers?

Three, and they’re not all the same kind of business. Giftcards.com and eGifter are authorized resellers selling new cards at face value. CardCash is a secondary marketplace that buys unwanted gift cards from consumers and resells them below face value. Every offer on the site is labelled with which it is.

I can’t find a brand I’m looking for. Why?

If a brand isn’t on Felix Day, it’s because none of our sellers currently list it. We add new brands as they appear in our sellers’ catalogs. To suggest one, drop us a line at [email protected].

Can I list my brand on Felix Day?

If you’re a brand looking to be discoverable on Felix Day, the path is via one of our sellers — they handle merchant onboarding for gift cards. If you’re a gift card seller or marketplace interested in partnering with us directly, email [email protected].
